APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, MEMBERSHIPS, SANITATION
LASH BAR FAQ

Lash extensions are applied to each lash in a 2-hour appointment or 1 hour for refills. Please arrive early with a clean face – no make-up, no oil, no sunblock on your eyes. Our lash stylists are professionally trained and have years of experience. Hoy P’loy lash bar uses the highest quality products and medical-grade glue to ensure the health of your eyes.

Your natural lashes shed daily and lash extensions that have been applied will stay on the lashes until those lashes drop which is typically a 2-3 week cycle. In order to maintain the health of your lashes and ensure retention, and stay looking amazing, you should have refills for at least 2 – to 3 weeks.

REFILLS :

Hoy P’loy requires that you have at least 70% lash retention for two-week refills and 50% for three-week refills. If at any time there is less than 50% of lashes we charge for a new set.

AFTERCARE AND DAMAGED LASHES

We EMPHASIZE aftercare to ensure that your natural lashes are cared for and your new lash extensions look gorgeous. If your lashes are damaged by lack of aftercare or in any way due to having been pulled out, picked off, and covered in makeup, not cleaned, stuck with strip lash glue/magnetic lashes, covered in oil, covered in mascara, or burnt, we WILL  have to do a new set entirely and we reserve the right to refuse service.

We love you to love your lash extensions and know from years of experience that aftercare is key to retention and health.

Brow Bar

The Brow Bar offers a wide range of services but we specialize in Powder Brows and Nano Brows which is done by our licensed permanent makeup artists.

During the initial consultation, we discuss the pre-treatment and after-care requirements, explain the process and healing times as well as the methods we use to design your new brows.

Lips and Liner PMU

The Lips and Liner Bar offers permanent makeup Lip Blushing, Aquarelle lips as well as semi-permanent makeup eyeliner which is provided by licensed permanent makeup artists.

During the initial consultation, we discuss the pre-treatment and after-care requirements, explain the process, color choices, and healing times as well as the methods we use to design your new lips or liner.

FACIAL BAR FAQ

Our Aestheticians are highly trained professionals who are dedicated to providing excellence in skincare. Our skincare products are all tried and tested and we offer a private line that has been formulated for results driven professional skincare.

NAIL BAR

Hoy P’loy’s Nail Bar offers a wide range of captivating ice cream-themed manicures and pedicures combined with gels, acrylic, or dipped nails. Our nail bar services are booked in advance and by appointment only to ensure that your experience is tranquil and relaxing.

CHILDREN / PETS

In order to ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all our guests, we ask that parents make suitable arrangements for children under 5 years while enjoying the service. We are not able to supervise children and as it is our priority to ensure that you and all our clients benefit from the highest standard of service in a relaxed environment we appreciate your consideration and understanding. Children may enjoy the services but must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Pets are babies too and we love them all but unfortunately, we do not allow animals as per state requirements for salons and for the comfort of our other guests.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are typically scheduled in advance and by appointment only. As the service can take 1-2 hours we require a deposit in order to secure an appointment.
Please read the salon deposit, cancellation, and refund policies below, and feel free to contact us should you have any questions.

DEPOSITS

Please note that we require a deposit equal to 50% of the retail price in order to secure an appointment. The Deposit is non-refundable but is applied to your service when you arrive as scheduled. We understand that life happens and we are willing with 24HRS notice to reschedule your appointment and move the deposit, for up to 7 days. After 7 days an additional 50% deposit is required to re-schedule.
In the case of a “no-show” or cancellation outside of 24 hr period, or an appointment is moved for greater than 7 days and/or multiple times, the deposit is then considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Hoy Ploy reserves the right to deny service to clients who frequently cancel, change or ignore scheduled appointments. Once the deposit is paid we consider that the terms are accepted.
We require a deposit to secure an appointment. Once the deposit is paid we consider that the terms of payment and refunds are accepted.

Due to the nature of the services we provide we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

We strive to ensure that you are happy with your service and offer a 2 day period to make adjustments if necessary.

SANITATION

Sanitation of all tools equipment & furniture is our  highest priority. We sterilize non disposable tools in medical-grade autoclaves, use one-per-client disposals wherever possible and our pedicure chairs are sterilized with medical grade products to ensure safety and comfort of all clients.
